This is the second pair of mega crafts I've bought for my 8 year old. They look great and are of very good quality. The first pair he had was 1 1/2 years old, wore them almost every day and are still in decent condition. the colors are also very strong.

They will definitely give you that extra height you need! More importantly, they were very comfortable and a great fit for our four year old. He wore them throughout his trip to Disney and Universal with no complaints! So far they have held up with no problems.
