I'm on my third tube of this cream and I've absolutely noticed a HUGE difference. This cream removes all dead, dry skin and promotes cell renewal, which makes my skin smooth. It has a brightening effect. I don't think I need to use makeup other than mascara and lipstick. It really delivered what it promised. Moisturizes my 40+ skin a lot.

I tried this product after winning it in a raffle at a spa. Unbelievable. my skin loves it Gives smooth coverage and skin feels great. There was a little tingling the first few times I used it. I have sensitive skin and this didn't cause acne. I also recommend exfoliating. I will buy again.

Sorry, this product didn't work for me. My skin is sensitive and it was fine for the first few weeks, but it hasn't improved the look of my skin at all. Then I suddenly got acne and I think this product helped. I use BHA and AHA and this cream is easy and comfortable to apply but nothing happens.

All Skinmedica products are amazing and I enjoy using them in my daily life. The only thing I don't like is that because it's so thick it doesn't mix well with some sunscreen or foundation - the combination makes them weird and sticky. It took me a bit of experimenting to find a sunscreen/foundation that worked well with it, but now that I have it I can't complain.
