I have burning and dry skin. I had to wash my face with cold water. That being said, I read the instructions afterwards and learned how to use it properly. This is not the same as what you get from a dermatologist. It was diluted with some kind of lotion. I got this because I was traveling and I ran out and when I got it the lotion was actually a different color than what my dermatologist gave me. When I then applied it, I got pimples because the lotion didn't dry out my skin but made it greasy. My dermatologist sells it for $100 and it's worth buying the correct remedy rather than a diluted product. It's for your FACE, so it's really IMPORTANT.
