CTIMaster is pretty flexible as far customizing reports, etc., are concerned - it's been easy to setup multiple rules for my needs with not much of issues sofar! So yes if you like using templates or want quick customization options then go ahead and take this decision!! I dislike that there isn't an option in which users can select what report should be shown when they open up their inboxes/emails.
