Hardware is defective. falls off.

Super soft silicone. Straps in 3 different sizes come in handy as your child grows or you have several children of different sizes. Hardware keeps falling off and so does my son's Vivofit JR. falls off unexpectedly. Luckily we didn't wear it outside so we still have vivo. I foresee it being easy to lose on the playground when I send it to school in it. We will try other groups to see if we have the same problem. For the price, I agree that one will be rejected, but not all three.

Causes irritation/reaction

I love that I don't have to take it off to charge it every day. I can just put my battery in and wait until next year to change it again, although she said it was a fairly new battery when I received it I had to replace it after only a few months of use. It doesn't measure my heart rate, which I would like. Maybe because it is a refurbished item? I bought a set of three straps in different colors with my Garmin so I can switch them and they get the same response as well. I'm not sure why I'm…

Fits the Vivofit Jr 2 perfectly, but the clasp falls out of the holes easily. . . .

UPDATE: After I left my review the company sent me a private email and stated that they had taken care of the issues we were having. They pointed out that the holes may have been larger than they should have been. They offered me a full refund for my purchase. The best customer service and they really want you to be 100% satisfied! Bought these for my daughter's Garmin Vivofit Jr 2. Vivofit jr 2 fits perfectly into these groups. The straps are very soft to the touch and are softer/more flexible
