I love this tail bag. He has held up so well, especially as my horse loves to wag his tail all the time, whether it's flies or not. This year was bad and I'm glad he didn't drop out. I washed it right before bathing and when I was done it was dry for about an hour. This product is definitely worth the money.

I don't see this as a fault with the product but the material tears easily when snagged. My friend likes to bang his tail at things when he's carrying a tail bag, so he's often tangled in trees or something else to snag on. It would be good for horses that don't get kicked out. Mine has free access to his pasture and stall, so every day he ripped off a little bit of the end until it was useless.

I really liked the idea of this product. I figured this would save me the time and hassle of braiding his ponytail and protect it in the winter. But I give 1 star for 2 reasons. I didn't save any time at all. It actually took me longer to put his tail in a pocket and hold it there while weaving. After the fight, I was genuinely disappointed that it lasted more than a day.
