Description of ๐ŸŒ™ Halo Sleepsack Early Walker, Micro-Fleece, Mini Hearts Pink, Medium Size

Use over regular sleepwear to take the place of loose blankets; designed and sized with a LOOSE, GENEROUS FIT to give ample leg room when you choose to tuck your little oneโ€™s feet in for sleeping; if you plan on your child using it primarily with feet out, making it easier to stand up in the crib, consider a smaller size for its lesser length to reduce the amount of extra fabric that can get in the way of your child moving around. Please note that this item is designed for use as a sleeptime wearable BLANKET and is sized accordingly; it will be much larger than an ordinarily sized garment (which it is not) and will have substantial extra loose hanging fabric when your child is standing with their feet out. Unzips from the bottom for easy diaper changes; generous sack design allows room for kicking, but cannot be kicked off so baby stays warm all night; sleeveless design reduces the risk of overheating. Made from a lightweight 100% polyester knit fabric with a TOG rating of 0.5, for warmer climates and seasons; layer with warmer sleepwear for cooler temperatures. Available here in Medium Size, recommended for 6-12 month babies, generally from 16-24 pounds and 26-30 inches long; please note that at this Medium size, the Early Walker SleepSack wearable blanket measures approximately 26 inches from the shoulder line to the bottom of the "sack", with an additional 5 inches for the "legs" - it will appear very large as compared to a garment, but is designed this way for use as a BLANKET.

Size complaint great product

Maybe my baby is small but the environment is big enough for her to swim in. I want them to sell the exact same thing but in a smaller size. I love this brand. There are quality products. But that halo needs to be added to this sleeping bag walker x-small and small.

Cute and functional.

My daughter wears them with long sleeve cotton pajamas in the winter. It will be 69 degrees too cold and 73 degrees too hot. Sometimes she gets frustrated because she can't walk properly and it's hard to get through her. I wish the zipper was bottom to top so you don't have to tie it at the neck.

Use it at night, the child will be very comfortable in it in winter.

This portable fleece blanket is ideal for winter use as a replacement for a real blanket. My child has full mobility to roll and stand (as you can see). The zipper is the opposite of what we're used to as adults and is at the bottom when closed so he can't play with it. There are leg openings at the bottom, but your legs often go in. Nevertheless, he does not lose mobility, so that we are very satisfied with this purchase.

Huge for average quality but good quality

Great product as expected if you are a fan of Halo fleece swaddle bags but the sizing seems a bit off OR they should run it in a size small. If your child is small, the average will be huge. I understand it's baggy but my daughter is 15 months old, 30 inches tall and 19 pounds and it's weird how big that is on her. Even the rib area on her legs is gigantic on her tiny ankles. We'll leave it as we hope it will fit better in a few months.

Pros
  • Lots to fit in
Cons
  • Functionality

Does the job! on Baby bedding

A great sleeping bag for babies who like to stand up straight in their crib and want to move around freely during sleep. Outstanding quality, like all HALO products. It's a bit big for example, I don't put her feet in a sack while she sleeps because I want her to be able to stand if she wants, so I bought one size smaller. If you plan to fit your feet in the bag, buy true to size. My baby is 15 months old 20lbs and I have a medium size it fits great she walks and stands with it and it will fitโ€ฆ

  • Stylish and modern design

Definitely not for 6-12 months old kids :/

Very disappointed. I bought this for my 9 month old daughter who banged her face on the edge of the crib in a regular legless sleeping bag. I felt it was the safer option because her legs and feet were free to move as she pleased. I bought a medium size and couldn't believe how bulky the sleeping bag was. Her legs literally barely made it through the zipper, and she's been 26.8 inches for a week and a half. The media clearly states 26-30 inches. Very disappointed with Halo :/ Also, theโ€ฆ

It has worked great so far

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter as she doesn't stay in one position for long. I was afraid that she would freeze in the winter months. So far this sleeping bag has worked great. It is soft, airy and not too heavy (material like a thin fleece blanket). I also love that it has legs so she can walk around in it right before bed. But based on other reviews that this sleeping bag is too big, I scaled it down. My daughter is 33 inches, 22 pounds and I bought her a medium size, 6-12 monthsโ€ฆ

Size far away suitable for duvets and swaddles

I've read in other reviews how big it was but thought maybe that was overkill and that we could do it. My daughter is 10 months old and wears 12 month old dresses because they are so long. The label says for children 6 to 12 months and 16 to 24 pounds! When I took it out of the box, his ankle was on the floor, the tip was down to my waist, and I'm 5ft 5in tall! It's huge, I'm pretty sure I can pass if I want to. It would almost become a safety issue for me because as big as it really is, itโ€ฆ
