piss off! He breaks the bagel instead of cutting it.

Tried to cut a bagel. He breaks the bagel instead of cutting it. Also, it has been said that you can use it for big bagels. Well it is, but you have to squeeze the donut to get it.

  • Small household appliances
Cons
  • Small maintainability

cut a bagel; No Finger

We had a bagel slicer a few years ago and I think we've worn it out. This bagel cutter from Slyce is a great replacement. We bought the red version and it looks really good on our counter. Using it is better than having an accident with a knife.

It does the trick.: Specialty Equipment

This is a good cut. Our local bagel shop makes REALLY fat bagels, so it's a bit of a struggle. But 90% of the bagels should break right through. Makes a nice even cut down the center and I don't want to feel like I could cut my thumb off like just using my bread knife.

  • Bagel Slicer

fast, convenient, safe

Excellent product, easy to clean, cuts well. Taking your time helps, especially with really fresh bagels. Let the tool start cutting and then apply more force. Best of all, I'm not worried about knife-savvy family members cutting themselves trying to make a bagel.
