the bag was well packed in a dust bag. All parts are sent separately so you can attach them to the chain yourself which I think is a good idea. The gold chain shown in the photos is packed in a small coin pouch and in a zip-lock pouch. The shoulder strap for this bag is pretty good quality! I am impressed with the bag(s) and the colour. The price is good and it can be worn a million different ways, buttoned up or buttoned down.

I like this bag but the only problem is the strap doesn't match the position of the bag. I received a khaki and a black bag and as you can see in the photos the bag with the khaki strap falls on my shoulder and the black one on my chest which is my preference and that's how it looks in the photos. Reviewer posted here (via Khaki color). Very disappointed with this, wish they had sold the straps separately so I could get the khakis.

I love this bag and get compliments everywhere! Nobody believes me when I say it's from Amazon. I love how thick it is and super good quality. It's hard to tell this is faux leather. I bought the gray but it's more of a nude color which I still prefer to the grey. In the photo, I'm wearing a brown and white tie-dye dress that matches the color of the bag.
