I love my bag! I chose Dark Taupe, the perfect color for fall! Withstands a lot! Good figure! Zippers are smooth! The pads are all stuck! Feels solid even loaded with all my "stuff"! The strap is good but I only received one of the two, it only came with a shoulder strap which was a bit disappointing as I would have used a shorter and wider strap!
