Great mounting option

I haven't bought a bad Smallrig product yet. It does the job you buy it for perfectly and hassle-free. A solid fit on whatever rod you attach it to.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Doubt

Great monitor clip!

I received this to mount an external monitor and audio adapter on my 15mm rail. It works great, doesn't slip or slide with the components installed on it. I use a small articulated arm on it.

Pros
  • Good Stuff
Cons

Good 15mm rod clamp

I use these to attach an 11" friction arm (for my field monitor) to my rail system. The clip is well made, feels solid and fits well. I love that it has multiple 1/4" mounting holes and the ratchet lever is handy. I have to say mine looks a little different than the photo - I have the "Small Rig" logo on the lever. No complaints.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • So so

It's simple, it's reliable, it works

There's nothing to say about such a simple thing, but hey, it feels solid, it's versatile with all its mounting holes, and the only plastic on it is a small washer. if I'm angry about just one thing. They made 1/4" taps on all but one side. So in all likelihood I'm the only one who uses this in an unconventional way and would benefit from that extra 1/4" tap. Also, the price is hard to beat .

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Zero

Really important addition.

Used with a wide range of equipment and on a wide variety of rigs and cages, ideal for attaching virtually any 1/4" mounting hardware. By having more than a 1/4" thread and mounting them on the clamp at different angles and positions allows me to get the most out of it, not to mention the time this clip saves me the trouble of removing and relocating it when changing mics, lights or magic hands. It is extremely durable and can withstand heavier devices than conventional ones.

Pros
  • Wide range of
Cons
  • shrink wraps

Can't return because Revain classifies it as hazardous material?

Like some other reviewers I had a hard time tightening this properly on the rails. In addition to the wobbly top handle from the same brand, I decided to return it and try a different brand. No I can't Anyone who buys this item and thinks they can return it will be surprised. After speaking to Revain they informed me that a return was not possible as it was classified as hazardous materials or the use of flammable liquids or gases. Why isn't that in the product description? Why Revane thinks…

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

Solid, smooth, reliable

I bought this to attach the Tilta Nano focus wheel to my shoulder mount. I am very impressed with the quality and price of SmallRig. The processing is precise and the surface is very clean. The lever is very easy and safe to tighten. It feels very smooth and the finish is very clean. The lever also has a spring that lets you adjust the tightening position if it gets in the way. If you need one of these for your setup, this is definitely the way to go.

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Legacy
