Good product, not disappointed.

Has some pros: All items are connected together, it is difficult to lose something from the "set" Got cons: Having experience of working with similar sets, it is extremely inconvenient to work.

Screw storage is a joke

I have this and a fancier sword-inspired model. Both tools have screw storage on the side, but screwing even one screw into the hole will interfere with the insertion/extraction of the instruments! You really can't use threaded connectors to hold screws unless you really want to use a tool. You must first remove all the screws! Bad design.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Compact and durable tool for power tools and hand tools

A well made little screwdriver. Happy with the design. I needed a simple multi tool for my photoset and it works great. In particular, the flathead screwdriver is just the right size to tighten the 1/4" to 3/8" threaded hole adapters on the Arca plates, which I've used a coin for so far. Adapters can be tightened more tightly with this tool. A small drawstring pouch is best for my gear, but I'll use a good hard zippered bag for other photocells.

  • Excellent overall performance

Quality is one of the best

This is the best multi tool for photography. Point! Only one thing I missed from this tool is a little thing that is so easy to update when SmallRig wants it. The tool I missed is a small flat head screwdriver. Because some tripods use a small screw to attach the tripod head to the tripod. Without a small screwdriver (usually smaller than a regular screwdriver) you won't be able to loosen the head. Let me know about SmallRig when you update this tool. I really want to buy it. I'm a fan of your…

Small reliable tool priced at

Bought to disassemble my espresso machine as its small profile allows me to get to screws in tricky and tight spaces. Really impressed with the excellent care that has gone into packaging this little multi tool. It's small but a good weight, each bit has a size indicator and pulls out easily but not so loose that it just dangles while working. Note that I haven't used it extensively so I can't confirm its longevity/durability, but it doesn't appear to be fragile at all.

Good combination of tools, great tolerance on tool tips

The variety of tools is great and they cover pretty much everything I come across in cameras and basic gear, but tool tips, especially allen wrenches, are a bit too small and can easily become damaged broken screws if you're not very careful. Also, the threaded holes on the sides of the handle are great, but nothing blocks the extra screws in those holes, and the handle isn't wide enough for the screws to cut into the tools themselves. In general, this instrument should be in the $7-10 range…

Pretty worthless

I have an A6000 with a small rig frame. The downside is I HAVE to remove the smallrig to extract the chip (Sony design). SO ordered this Smallrig multitool so I can use it to take off and turn on the rig. WELL, Smallrig's screw is ONE size smaller than the unit. I even looked at the street. the same thing. WHY? Enlarge screw head or suggest screw size in the multitool. Maybe I can be blamed for not doing that much research, but in any case, it's not worth returning Well Made and having a REALLY

A handy little tool for field work

This is a very handy tool. It has all the buttons I need to work with the SmallRig cage and telescope viewfinders. It's a solid tool and I used various wrenches at right angles to the handle to give me extra leverage when tightening the bolts. Screw storage holes are an interesting idea, but not very practical. My shortest M4 screw, 8mm, goes all the way through the scale and gets in the way of the Philips screwdriver. The same problem occurs with even smaller screws. To keep the screws from…

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for grip and durability

  • Cable is shorter than other picks

A thing of beauty. but wasn't that helpful to me. (Store Use, No Camera)

The quality of this instrument is excellent. Everything works the way you expect and want it to. However, the tools that come with it are definitely aimed at people who work with the camera. It could be much better with the following changes: 1. There should be an area on the back to attach a belt clip. #2. Additional "tools" should be offered to customize it to my needs as well. The suggested Philips head is only #1 and I need #2 and other Philips drivers. Today there are over 3 dozen types of

Folding tool set for multi tools and accessories

When I ordered this tool set I wasn't sure if it would differ from the many $5 hex mini wrench sets on Amazon but I'm very happy got it anyway. The main difference is that this one has solid solid keys instead of the usual hex wrench sets that are bent into a loop to bypass the loop. This might seem like a minor detail, but I can't tell you how many of these sets I've broken because they bend around the attachment point. The second key feature is a properly sized flat head wrench that is thick…
