Bought two as gifts for my grandkids. You sound beautiful; no ordinary toy xylophone. I just want them to have more songs to play with. There is only one song in multiple languages. Considering it's so much more than a toy with accurate musical notes, it's a shame it doesn't come with a songbook of songs to learn and play with.

I bought another toy xylophone before and it was driving me crazy that I couldn't play a proper song because all the keys were wrong. This is a very well made xylophone that I can actually use to play a few songs with my son. And it always sounds good no matter how my 2 year old plays it, which is a bonus. It also comes with a very well made little harmonica. Excellent purchase. If you are looking for a toy xylophone, get this one!

The xylophone is beautiful. I love the materials used and so far they have held up great. My three month old loves when we play for her and my two year old loves to play with her. I bought this for both items as I was also looking for a quality harmonica. It's ok but I prefer the Fender as it takes more effort to produce the sound and doesn't have that ultra clear quality sound. My 2 year old loves harmonicas but doesn't use these because it's difficult to get them to play.

Bought for 4 years - the instrument is very well tuned; Hammers appear to be durable (based on 2 weeks of daily use). I also bought a 25-note glockenspiel for my older child - the sound quality of this smarkids instrument is very similar to our 25-note instrument. The quality of the harmonica is also excellent.
