My favorite sunglasses!

I have a fairly large head. I usually wear medium to large bike/snowboard helmets. Ordinary sunglasses always seem small to me. I think these sunglasses suit me perfectly! I use them for city hikes, mountain biking and canyoning. Couldn't be happier.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Fits

Subtle frames for men

Pretty nice glasses. Not entirely sure why there is such a price difference between color options and lens options, I bought a cheap pair for the frame and then bought better quality new lenses elsewhere for less money. While the frames themselves are good, I'm on my third pair (broken frames due to abuse) and I'm more than happy with their lifespan.

Outlier 2 better than the original

These are my second pair of Smith sunglasses. I like the Outlier 2 more than the original because the frames don't look or feel as big, but are still very comfortable and offer excellent coverage. The lenses in this particular pair are amber gray with a blue mirror, non-polarized. If polarized lenses are uncomfortable for your eyes, this is a great alternative!

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • I'll write back

It doesn't come with a case, even though it says so in the description.

I really like real sunglasses so I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. I'm definitely not happy that the description says they come with a case, but it doesn't actually come with a case. I would shop more if I knew the description was inaccurate. Such expensive glasses should also come with a case on sale. I am very disappointed with incorrect information.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Trade-in

Too bulky for outdoor recreation

I really thought I would like them. I have a big head and I have a hard time finding glasses that fit my face well. The look of these glasses seemed like good style but I feel like wearing something for glaucoma. They look huge, but they are also not very comfortable. Unfortunately, this seems to be my experience with every pair of farriers I've tried. Too much money, ugly glasses, uncomfortable and no style at all.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Some little things

Amazingly clear lenses, lightweight and comfortable

Not polarized BUT it doesn't affect lens performance. I recently lost a pair of Serengeti sunglasses which were the best I have ever owned. But these glasses seem to be on par with the Serengeti, although the frames are inferior. Lightweight, hopefully durable. They are very comfortable, almost like without sunglasses, but see better. I would like to compare them to the best of the Oakleys.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Too overpriced for the quality.

If I spend more than $100 on a pair of sunglasses I want glass lenses. I want the frames to have some weight. Of course they are polarized, they look good. And they are ALL PLASTIC. They come in a cloth drawstring pouch, not a clamshell box. These are $30 glasses that you can buy for $130. I was scammed but my wife threw away the packaging before I could return it. Lesson learned. If you have a big head like mine they will fit, but buy something cheaper. This is the review I want to see before…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

Chromapop lenses are the best, Smiths are super stylish!

I don't understand why I see bad reviews here. I wouldn't listen to them firstly the chroma pop lenses are amazing especially the brown lenses impossible to look at as good as maui jim costa any of the top lines. Brown lenses are particularly suitable in the twilight, they are significantly brighter and sharper, but still provide very good protection against the midday sun. I also get compliments on how stylish they are. Do not be shy. I also bought them used from the Revain store, they looked…

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Damaged
