I love this pillow. I recently had back surgery and needed extra support and this pillow really helps. I can put an ice pack in it and sleep peacefully and rest. The only downside is that the head can get a bit warm, I just put a pillowcase over it! This is a must!

I slept with three or four pillows a night. Finally gave up and bought Snoogle. It wasn't as big as I imagined (I'm 1.60m tall and it's really comfortable. Although it takes up a lot of space in bed. My husband isn't a fan because he can't cuddle with me at night, but one In the morning I found him sleeping on it when I woke up early!

I used it in the last months of my pregnancy and loved it! The only problem is that the parts you use (between the legs, under the head) will get a bit soft over time, just like any regular pillow. If you want to turn over in the middle of the night you basically have to get up and turn over yourself and that whole pillow that hurts because you're so huge. Overall, I recommend it to pregnant women. Or no!
