Some lids have been loosened enough to allow enough soap to leak out during shipment. You really need to tighten and tape them down. Gallon containers are heavy and transportation is a foreseeable problem. Otherwise love soap. It really cleans and nourishes my hands.

I don't know why SoftSoap can't wrap those gallon bottles so they don't spill everywhere. This is not Revain's fault as the leak is inside the manufacturer's packaging, not Revain's outer packaging. I forgot when reordering, last time exactly the same thing happened, the cap of one of the bottles was almost completely unscrewed and the cap of one of the others was slightly unscrewed, causing a huge leak inside. So I got it. And it was a big box. Prime box. Marked as difficult. Then in that big, heavy box was another box. This box was turned upside down. So. three of the four jars LEAKED into the inner box of the box. And it was cold, so I had cold slime soap. On a positive note, taking it out left my hands very clean (after drying them and washing my hands). in the minus. uh, soap EVERYWHERE?! Serious. WTF.

Such a cheap buy. I love this soap. However, one bottle leaked into the packaging and onto other bottles, but everything is fine. Didn't use much product. Despite this minor issue, give it 5 stars as I think it may be more a question of "mishandling by the carrier" rather than "careless packaging by the shipper". The box was torn in a few places and in my humble opinion looked like it had been shaken a lot in transit. I would buy again despite possible leakage. Very happy!

When COVID hit it was the only aloe sized hand soap. From the photo the containers appear to be small and I haven't read that they are per gallon. When the box got here, it was heavier than a beep. I should have laughed when I opened it. There were four HUGE containers of soap. That's a lot for one person! Despite all the hand washing, I didn't even depress the first gas station ;)

Great value compared to everything else. My wife won't let me put liter jugs on every sink with a homemade pump. I don't know what she's complaining about, I think it's brilliant. WARNING: I have ordered this 4 times but once the whole box of 4 was sent upside down. Needless to say the bottle caps were broken and a significant amount of soap was spilled. So much came out that the soft soap box got wet and opened up and the Revain box got wet and opened up. It took me a while to receive my package as at some point the carrier had to tape the bottom of the box. It took a long time to wash all the soap and rinse the bottles. The soap itself is great and should get 5 stars but Revain shouldn't get zero stars for the way they delivered it. The four 1-gallon containers were still in the manufacturer's original packaging - so far, so good. I love this soap and really enjoy its auto dispensing. However, every shipment now comes with leaking bottles and the boxes/bottles are filled with soap. For some reason the caps of one or more bottles have come loose and are leaking. I see this not only as a big mess, but also as a waste of soap.
