Having had previous duvet covers I wanted to be very careful with this one as it is very expensive but it didn't matter. After washing once in an old top-loading washing machine, the fabric was badly torn. Also, the little ties that hold the corners of the duvet in the duvet itself broke when I had to take the duvet off for the first time. I expect fragility from them, but I was very careful and it didn't matter.

I love this blanket! The colors are deep and vibrant and the size is large making it a beautiful blanket. Comes with 2 solid color pillowcases with button detailing as a bonus. Good quality fabric, washes well. This is a mid-weight cotton so it's best to wash on a warm cycle with a cool rinse and a Perm Press or M dry cycle on a cool spin to minimize wrinkling. After half a dozen washes, the slight wrinkles you might see on new cotton will disappear. A very good product at a great price.

I am very happy with this purchase. I was ready for a change in my bedroom but didn't want to change the color of the paint. These colors go well with my walls. My skirt fits too. Burgundy lamps also go well with it. I think I'll add a blue pillow and buy a new gold one and that's all it takes. It's straight out of the box. I'll iron it before putting the quilt in. This picture is only a duvet cover. I haven't put the blanket in yet. The material is very soft and luxurious. Highly recommended!

I am blown away by the amazing quality and colors! I would expect to pay a few hundred for something this nice. It is soft and smooth, makes no noise when moving. I wasted NO time when I got this --- I immediately put my comforter in and lay on the bed to enjoy! So beautiful! My picture that I posted - I have a dark plum back panel and yellow sheets on my bed. The blanket is better than I thought. Lovely color and pattern, goes well with the bed (unlike some comforters which are skimpy on the sides) and so soft! The straps inside are a bit flimsy (we'll see how they hold up after a couple of washes), but otherwise everything seems well made. This week I went through two more comforters to return. My husband immediately said it looked plastic. We use 600-1000tk sheets and this duvet cover is not as soft as them. Thread count can be deceiving, and some manufacturers coat the material for softness, but the coating wears off. I don't know if that's the case, they just aren't as soft as one might expect. The material from the package was chic, felt dense but silky. Not impressed with the lack of a double line. My last comforter was probably $150 at Pottery Barn 10 years ago and after using it daily for 2 seasons all those years it's only now breaking.
