These bose were able to: turn off when idle, say the level of charge, say the number from which they call (though everything is in English). So: Sony can't do any of this. We needed ears without wires and good active noise isolation to listen to audiobooks in the subway at a low volume for 10 (Max). Before that, there were Samsung Gear Circle - the volume was turned up to full + the volume was turned up programmatically - and you can go deaf. The ears are up to the task. I was disappointed with a slightly weak battery, but given the presence of active noise reduction, this is forgivable.
