I've bought these headphones several times. Maybe it's because I'm persistent in my search for higher quality headphones, or maybe it's because they are that good. I have the model: MDR-EX15LPT Terrible bass. Cannot reproduce deep bass. Advertised as having low frequency response below 10Hz but cannot even reproduce 30Hz. Anything below 100 Hz is perceived as a high pass and loses amplitude very quickly as it approaches 30 Hz. Anyone who loves really deep bass will certainly be disappointed. don't mind losing those low notes, maybe you don't mind those problems.
