Powerful flash lighting at guide number (gn) of 45. Operates as On-Camera flash, radio wireless Commander or receiver. Product doesn't work with cameras that do not have the MI Shoe, an adapter is required in that case. Wirelessly supports 15 units in up to 5 groups; Continuous Lighting Time: 4 hours (with Sony AA-size alkaline battery). Recycling time of Approx. 2.5 sec. And up to 210 bursts. In the box: connector protect cap; mini-stand; carrying case.

Great Flash is the best in Flashes

Don't use it as much as I thought but Flash is excellent and easy to use. Definitely worth getting if you need a decent flash in a pinch.

BIG difference in image quality.

HUGE difference in image quality. Not using this is like using 50% of your cameras potential. Which would be a huge waste of money.

Great flash! suitable for flashes

I have F45RM and HVL-60RM flash. Both are good, but I prefer the F45RM because it's much smaller and lighter. The perfect companion for the 24-70/2.8 GM lens. Reflective lighting is amazing. I shoot in TTL in program mode on the Sony A7m3 and the results are amazing.

Shoe mount flashes are worth every penny

After my expensive but amazing Sony flash wore out (7 years of hard use) I tried to get by with a basic universal flash which is much cheaper. TWO of them did NOT work properly and I went back and bought this one. I put it on the camera and went to work. It's the perfect light for any occasion. Not too big and heavy, easy to use. Thank you Sony!

Fantastic Flash! Wish it had IR focus and white light

I picked up this flash while taking pictures in clubs for a few clients. It made a huge difference and allowed me to get some fantastic shots. Overall I like this flash. This is definitely something I would recommend to friends and colleagues who are looking for a reliable option for their Sony cameras. My only complaint about it is that it only has white light focus, although that's definitely handy, and IR focus would be very useful in some situations. .Overall worth it!

This Flash will blow your mind. The built-in LED and the wireless connection can't be beat! The best flash in the world.

I've been using a Canon 5DM2 camera for a long time. I just switched all my Canons to Sony A7RIIs. This flash just took me by surprise. The LED can be used as a focus aid, which was not the case with my Canon flash. The weight of the flash is also very light and tiny. I really like this flash because it has the most power in a small size. I plan on buying another one to enjoy its value with the built-in wireless capability. A group of flashes can be fired together without third party devices.
