It has to be worn in a jacket, on the chest. Houses can work and for 5 meters. Probably, on the street, the Internet in the smartphone switches from Wi-Fi to 4G, and the cellular transmitter, being much more powerful, simply interrupts the Bluetooth signal at a distance of 1 meter. .
