It's nice to have a printer with spare ink at home. I used to order brand name ink for my HP Photosmart but it was VERY expensive. If we didn't use the printer regularly, the ink would still dry out and not print properly. I've been using this brand for a few years now and they're so affordable that if they stop working properly and I have to replace them, it's no big deal. . Before purchasing this HP 564XL and Photo Black bundle for my HP Photosmart 7520 I read the feedback from these customers. Gave 5* and good comments. So I ordered it. After I put it in my printer, it doesn't work! I've tried many times! I still can't! So I opened another and opened another! By the time all 4 black inks have opened, 2 other colors have also opened. Still nobody could work!

After seeing all the amazing reviews and being so reasonably priced I was very excited that there was something out there so I didn't have to buy HP branded inks. Unfortunately they did not work as described in my Deskjet 3522. I followed the installation instructions but the printer immediately flagged it as third-party ink. I have been buying Sotek ink for many years and only one cartridge failed and was replaced with no problems. I somehow switched to a cheaper provider and several cartridges didn't fit.
