If you wear a men's size 38 (US) or over, forget to buy this belt. Good quality but wtf. I'm 6'3, 255 and wear a 38 but it barely fits me. Looks good, but what the heck, really.

Excellent quality. Cool piece of history to hold my pants on. This belt was not made in the USSR. Manufactured in the Republic of Belarus after the collapse of the USSR (1992). That means: instead of a brass plate, cheaper steel is used. As expected, polishing is not possible, after 4 days of wearing the varnish on the edges of the plate and the star is worn off. Artificial leather is used here instead of thick leather. Still a very high quality item. The most comfortable belt of my life.

I don't know much about soviet or russian technology to know if it's original but it smells like the rest of my soviet technology, it smells like a warehouse. It's long enough and should fit most people. It can be customized. There is a stamp on the back but it's mostly faded but I can barely tell 1980. What year was it made.
