Speaker MOTOROLA MTS2000 MTX1000 Shoulder Review

Exactly what I needed at the right price. Just like the well-known brands but at half the price. No complaints here. Highly recommended

I've had a few people buy these and they seem to work fine. They certainly don't match the true quality of Motorola. The design is ok, but I wouldn't trust it as a lifeline. If you work in construction or non-emergency services, this should be very good.

In my 20-year career I have come across numerous radios and lavaliers. Some were better than others, such as the spring on the clip break. This mic appears to be well put together and we haven't had any mechanical or electronic issues so far. It works as advertised.

Worked well for a few months then broke. The microphone turned on, but the dispatcher didn't hear me. I contacted the seller and he replaced them. I'm not sure I'll be using this mic again as my mic can keep me alive and I don't want something that can fail that quickly.

I bought one of these and the mic stopped working after just a few months. could hear incoming calls but received nothing from my end to transmit. definitely a safety issue for my work. I would not recommend buying if you are law enforcement etc.

At work sometimes the mics we get don't work a bit. Instead of looking for a working mic, I just keep one in my pocket. It's used pretty seldom but works when I need it. The speaker is clean, the microphone picks up well, only the video would be more authentic.

I've been using it for about two months. I work for EMS and it was great. When we lived in Florida, we got into the rainy season. I went outside in the pouring rain a few times yesterday and it still worked fine. Clear audio and no complaints from people on the other end of the line.

I think this is a fake tactical ear product. It worked fine for a while, but broke down three weeks after purchase. It's just not acceptable for the field. Luckily it's not exactly crap, and I could hear the chatter on the radio when I cranked the volume all the way up. It also broke my listen-only fix. I recommend you stay away from this product unless you work in a very low stress and bright environment. It is not intended for everyday use in the field.

I was a bit skeptical about buying a different brand microphone for my Motorola radio. However, after a few weeks of use, I have to say that I am completely satisfied. Reception is as good as a Motorola proprietary microphone. I've had this mic in a torrential downpour with no issues other than having to knock the water out of the mic to hear better. Haven't had a chance to use the earbud yet, but they seem to be of good quality too. Even without a speaker, this microphone is worth its price.

I am very happy with the delivery! I ordered the microphone and earphone on Saturday and received it next Monday! So far I've used the speaker mic and earphone for 2 shifts of 12 hours and the sound quality has been excellent! The mic is a bit smaller than the Motorola brand mic, but I think that's a plus! The overall durability of the microphone is the same as the Motorola brand. I use a mic and speaker with a Motorola xts5000 and haven't experienced any crashes yet. I will update this review…
