This is my second custom case. I've had my last one for 2 years and it's immaculate except for what I spilled on it. I like hard cases with a soft interior. Does a great job protecting my iPad. I love the magnetic closure that wakes up the iPad when you open it. I bought this new case just because I upgraded my iPad and the old case didn't work.

I had this case for my iPad mini 4 about two weeks ago and I love it. It fits perfectly - holds my iPad securely in place and provides precise access to all buttons, mic, camera etc. It looks well made and is comfortable to hold when the front cover is folded back. I've had this case for a few weeks now and so far so good. I tried to get a cheaper cover because it had a bit of personality and wasn't just a solid Jane cover and didn't fit my iPad mini very well. This is perfect for my new Mini and I love that closing the lid turns off the screen. On my previous iPad, the case also had a lid, but it was a one-piece piece and didn't have the flexibility that this one has. It does have its perks, but I'm still getting used to it. In general, a good product. Nice soft inside. The sleeve keeps your iPad securely in place. There is no chance that the iPad will fall out. Well-crafted vinyl plastic exterior with cross texture. The magnetic closure always works, as does the sleep function when the case is closed. Note that the edges of the case surrounding the front of the iPad are a bit sharp. Also, if I clean the case with alcohol, the black paint on my case will ooze out. I should have used a stronger color.
