Better than 4 but a little less than 5 because wearing it all day makes it a little itchy under the strap depending on how much I sweat. I don't wear a single watch every day so I don't expect any major problems and so far I've never had a rash or redness and the itching goes away in less than 15 minutes. The itching is minimal anyway. I highly recommend.

I bought this to replace a broken strap on a Casio W-213 watch. Although it looks a little weird and obviously doesn't match the watch, it fits perfectly. It has two small handles that you can easily pull back on the spring to insert the spring into the holes on the watch, making it very easy to attach to the watch. I bought this band to replace the magnetic band on my Samsung GearFit 2 which got too big after I took it off. The band came with two connectors that went to the GeaFit 2. The tape was threaded through 18mm pins to two of the connectors. When I removed the magnetic strap, I left out the connectors and took a photo in the dark to attach the 18mm buckle strap to my GearFit 2. Overall it's a good replacement for a strap, but it's quite thick and probably better suited to a men's watch than a women's watch. The strap is significantly thicker than the original strap on my women's sports watch, and the two locking loops made it uncomfortably thick when trying it on.
