I would describe these baby leggings as very simple, simple and thin material. The quality is ok. The material is soft and stretchy, all black without any embellishments or frills. They're obviously catchy since they're leggings, but they're looser than you'd expect. My 20 month old daughter weighs just under 25 pounds and normally wears a size 18 or 24 month panties.
