I would describe these toddler leggings as simple, plain and thin material. The quality is ok. The material is soft and stretchy, all black without any embellishments or frills. Clothing for babies and toddlers really needs to be stretchy enough to allow room for growth. I was really shocked to find out that these pants are actually not that stretchy. Very little stretch from side to side or top to bottom. For your child, this means minimal comfort.
