Best option for mule dogs

I really like this e-collar. They were easy to mate and set up for multiple dogs and any setup you wanted. Much easier than I thought. Easily switch between dogs for a quick fix. Yes, a bit pricey in my opinion, but worth every penny.

Pros
  • High test scores for grip and durability
Cons
  • boring packaging

Also they are great for my farm dogs

Probably max 0.5 mile range over hills and trees but none of the collars from these brands seem to make the advertised distances. Otherwise they are great for my farm dogs. I've managed to get her to stay while I'm relatively alert.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Quality

Essential for lost dogs

Replaces an old sporting collar for this one and its night and day. We have a husky who used to run away a lot and now won't leave the yard wearing a collar because he knows I can still shock him even when he's out of sight. Also very happy with the battery life. This takes several days.

This collar is amazingly well made

work great and my dogs WANT to wear it. They don't like going out if they don't have it on. I only had to use an electric shock once. now they come out of the forest at the first beep. The range is fantastic and managing and setting up multiple dogs is super easy. I also bought an ADD a DOG receiver, now I can control both dogs with one controller.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Some little things

Jack Russell Mix Under Control

Love this collar! I only use him in my JRT mix, he is very energetic and constantly exploring his surroundings. When I'm free I just give a beep and he turns and walks back to his mother. The only thing I would change is that the transmitter on the collar is too big for a dog his size. I wish they were a smaller size for small sport breeds.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Works best in collars, harnesses and leashes

I especially like the reach of this model. I used to have a 400ft model and once my dog got past 400ft he couldn't be pushed off the trail. It has three settings and several "correction" levels. The three settings are sound only, sound with instant "fix” and permanent "fix”. Sound alone is all I need so far. Without this collar she would be gone for hours so I can remember her when she ignores/doesn't hear me.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things
