Bought for my husband he is 32 inch waist I bought him a medium size. They're so soft and the lightest sleep shorts he's ever had. I ended up buying the small size for our 14 year old son (5ft 9in, 140lbs), he loves it just as much.

Finally my favorite sleeping shorts in the world are back. Don't think about it, just buy a man in your life. They're loose fitting (should, you'll see) so the medium one will do for a medium waist, and the large I think will do for a 36-40.

I have several pairs of these sleep shorts. Don't bow to anyone and you'll be fine as long as you don't want people to see your business. But seriously, it's best to wear it to bed on hot nights.

I bought them for my fiance for Christmas 2021. He already has a pair. He loves their suppleness and softness. These also wash very well.
