This bin has been stored in a half bath with no moisture in the shower - and after three months these rust spots have appeared all over the handpiece cover and sides. Garbage can. That should NEVER happen, especially since I paid $50 for it.

Lid does not fit properly. I attached a penny to the bottom of the lid to balance it properly. Another thing you might want to know is that under the lid is a bent piece of metal that acts as a counterweight. It rests a few inches on the jar so the lid doesn't work when full.

Beautiful and very functional litter bin. We got this to stop a German Shepherd puppy from throwing the bathroom trash around the house. It works for that (Puppy didn't steal a single piece!) while adding style and flair. It's really well done. The top pivot mechanism is like butter. Great article.

The product is beautiful, durable and ideal for small spaces. The metal it's made of will last for years, and I like the hinged top that hides items placed inside. It's easy to clean and you can choose to put a liner in or not as I find it cleans really well without worrying about there being a liner in it.

This bin is perfect for where I need it, it's a little smaller than a regular bathroom bin but not too small. I have a dog that runs through the trash and makes a mess and I need something that closes. I don't like how it works though because there is a huge piece on the other side of the lid to balance and close, but it's so big that when the bin is half full the ring part touches the garbage inside and you have to press it to return to the correct position. I think this part should be revised

This is a really good trash can - heavy enough not to tip over, nice and nicely designed. As some others have mentioned, it would be better if there was an easy way to have a pocket in it, but that's a bit finicky. The lid also creaked a little at first, but WE-40 (or mineral oil or petroleum jelly) will take care of that. Let's start with the positive (if possible, because I'm annoyed about this product today). the sense of smell works for fresh smelling boxes. I love the design and quality of this bin (I swear it doesn't cast a shadow) because I've never seen anything like it until I saw the disappointment with my own eyes. Should this trash can be without a pocket? Because I can't find any attractive ways to put the garbage bag down without it being visible! I envy the design and overall look, but common sense
