Finally! Worthy Light!

I've tried every bulb that Lowes and Home Depot have to offer in my new vanity light. Holagen bulbs and LEDs (they were all disgusting light). And I'm so glad I found these traditional lightbulbs! The light is beautiful. Warm and bright. I hope they last a while as some reviews said they don't last long. But if I get a few months out of it, I'm happy. And will buy more.

DANGER - A JAR SHAKES AND LEAVES THE BASE IN THE NEST!

These bulbs are dangerous. So far I've used two from the pack and after they blew both broke leaving the bulb base in the socket. I don't like turning off the power and pulling the lightbulb base out of the socket. I do not recommend these bulbs and strongly encourage buyers to purchase something that will not break.

Comparable to Satco A19 580 lumens

I have Satco A19/580 lumen clear bulbs for porch lighting and although they were only 560 lumens I was willing to try them because at $15 for 8 bulbs it was a pretty good deal. Both bulbs look similar enough that I can't tell the difference, so it was a good match. In case anyone is wondering, the brand of these lamps appears to be Topaz, although I'm not sure if the seller has multiple similar brands. One of the bulbs I pulled out of the box seemed a little greasy to me (hence the 4 stars) so…

I was very happy at first, but found that they were defective.

If I had written this review three months or even two days ago I would have given it 5 stars. But now I'm afraid to use them. I bought them a little over a year ago for two pendant lights over the kitchen sink. After switching to LEDs, these are the only two lights I still use incandescent bulbs in.
