Description of ๐Ÿ”’ Stanley The Quadvac NeverLeak Mug: Your Ultimate Leak-Proof Travel Companion

PERFECT TRAVEL MUG: The Stanley Neverleak Mug is designed to keep all of its contents inside and fit in most cup holders. The QuadVacvacuum insulation keeps your drinks hot for up to 7 hours, cold for up to 10 hours or iced for up to 30 hours. LEAK RESISTANT CAP: This three position lid makes this travel thermos spill-proof and easy for one-handed use, especially with the easy-grip wrap. The lid is designed with a push button, which opens the locking mouthpiece. EASY TO CLEAN DESIGN: This bottle is made with a wide mouth tumbler opening that makes washing by hand a breeze. All components are also dishwasher safe to make clean-up easy for working men and women.

The lid sucks. Everything else about it is great.

Ideal for keeping coffee warm. Perfect size for mounting in cup holders. The strap is fine. But that damn twisted cover is pretty annoying. The flow is limited. A few drops always remain on the lid after closing, which will eventually spill somewhere. This mug with a trigger mechanism would be awesome.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Small set

Disappointed best in insulated beverage containers

Bought two of these - one for ice water, one for coffee. Very disappointed with the tumbler for ice water. The ice will slow the already slow flow to a trickle, to the point where you have to remove the lid to get a good drink. The thermal properties are overestimated if the glass with ice is not kept in the refrigerator. The cup is ideal for keeping drinks that are already hot.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Hard to tell

That does not work; Falling apart

I've been a Stanley fan for almost 50 years. I have several of their fine bottles, some dating back to when they were Stanleys. This mug does not live up to their historical standards. As others have noted, the flow is poor (I cut mine a bit to improve it) and the gaskets that seal it eventually fall off rendering it unusable. Good design, bad execution. My 20th century Stanley bottles still work. This mug is six months old - no.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Simple but overly complex and not functional

I love the look and style of this pretty mug. BUT the screw cap mechanism is too difficult to disassemble and reassemble. As usual, the instructions are useless. Additionally, when rotated to the "Drink/Sip" position, the lid simply does not allow enough liquid through, making drinking impossible. And if you try to pour from this position, only a trickle of liquid will get, and then it just stops. I had to return this product. This is the first Stanley mug that I didn't like.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Some nuance

Looks good but TERRIBLE

looks good. I like the leather strap grip. But this thing is terrible. I knew it was supposed to be "slow fill" but the tank keeps getting stuck inside. And I tried to take a sip and nothing came out no matter what position the lid was in. And then suddenly there's a rush of water and it splashes everywhere. They overcomplicated the mechanism for no reason. I tried to find another cover but it's sold out. Also, it doesn't keep cold drinks cold or hot things hot for long. Maybe an hour at mostโ€ฆ

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • so far so good
