I could do it in my garage. Find an old Star Wars t-shirt and cut it open.

This is literally a long sleeve t-shirt, the top and bottom look like they were hand cut with scissors. If I'm paying $13 for a neck gaiter/mask they should be legal, at least take the time to seed them properly. Not happy with the purchase.

Look, not worth your money.

Didn't read reviews before buying but would love to. I literally just opened it up, not exactly how it looked in the photos. The edges are rounded, the seams are not optimally sewn. I don't think this thing will last long. In general, look longer before agreeing, like me. Not worth the money!

Worthless - Raw edges, curls inside out.

This is NOT worth buying. This is a rough cut from a sturdy sock, with absolutely NO hemming of the raw edge. Once you put it on, it gathers along the exposed edges, revealing a thin inner fringe. If you look closely at the head model you can see where they folded the edge down to hide this pathetic feature. The model should also have a tiny head so as not to stretch the fabric and reveal the deception. typical Chinese production results.
