It was nice, it took an hour to fully melt the wax. It never quite sits against the wall - as it always hangs slightly askew, probably due to the weight of the thing. After 2-3 months it worked like out of nowhere. The lamp still works, the wax just won't melt and I've tried replacing it. A cute Christmas idea for a friend you don't really like.

I was very pleased with this wax heating fork. It has a soft glow that radiates from the bulb through the ceramic design, and the small plate that holds the wax is easy to remove, clean and pour in new melted wax. I would buy it again with great pleasure. I had a question I sent to the company and they had great customer service. That's important to me too.

Got mine today and not bad at $11. I ordered a lot of scented wax from another company and instead of spending $50 or more on their heating pads. I was looking for something less expensive. I'm glad I found this as it does the same thing as their warmer. (warm wax lol) A second bulb was included which is a nice plus. I will probably buy other designs to place around my house.

I used it as a night light and the light lasted 4 weeks. I also didn't like that the bowl that the wax is in doesn't sit securely over the light. You can easily knock it out or spill the wax. I'd honestly prefer a refund, but I'm not interested in putting myself through the hassle. I am disappointed and do NOT recommend it. Pros: The light was bright enough and I liked the design of the ceramic heater.

I love this little wax warmer! I'm a regular size but it always seems bulky and uses a lot of wax. I LOVE how comfy this little one is. We have it in our open plan kitchen and it makes the whole ground floor so delicious with just 1 wax cube and a nice atmosphere from the lighting especially at night. I also appreciate that they sent a spare bulb which can also be found at any hardware store :)

*Update* The seller responded to my review very quickly. They've released a replacement that hasn't given me any problems so far. I'm glad to be able to use my Scentsy Wax in a more wallet-friendly heating pad. Very happy with customer service! *Updated 1/8/20* I really wanted to love them and I loved them but the bulbs are still burning out after a day's use (not 24/7)! At first I thought it might just be a bad lightbulb, so I replaced it. and the same thing happened again.

Very nice wax warmer. Live looks better. And I love that it has a little "pot" that I can remove to replace the wax without separating everything. The downside is that the bulb burned out after a few days. Maybe that's why it comes with 2. However, if the next one explodes so quickly, it's a week's use! Otherwise it's a good heater!
