Perfect for homemade ice cream scoops

My husband loves the many varieties of homemade ice cream I make at Cuisinart several times a week and these containers are a real workout. I hand wash them but rinsing is all they need. Reliable, doesn't stick and doesn't leave stains. I "burp" the lid each time to let out most of the air and the ice cream stays perfectly fresh.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled

Easy on and off made of silicone.

I have read other reviews on this product and they all comment on the quality of this product. They commented on the thickness of the containers. Easy to put on and take off silicone caps. You won't find thinner containers anywhere. They are worth a lot more than what you pay for these gems. I would give them to all my friends.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Volume

Excellent containers

They are excellent. The plastic is nice and heavy. The silicone lids are flexible, making them easy to attach and detach. We also have pyrex glass jars with plastic lids that sometimes break when you try to remove them. These lids are much nicer than Pyrex lids. They also wash very well. There are no failed groves anywhere in the main container to clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants homemade ice cream storage containers.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Negative impression

Worth the price! good for food containers

It was a luxury that came with my new ice cream maker. I mean, who spends $8 on a plastic container when a used soup jar or Tupperware container is fine? Well I did it. I love the lids, they seem soft but thick. Flexible and easy to take off when putting on. The plastic isn't super hard, but it's thick and durable. Feels classy and worth keeping my homemade ice cream in style. On one of them I drew a polar bear with markers, it turned out beautifully. If you have someone who makes ice cream atโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Neutral

Great material for this product

Great material for this product, very durable and dishwasher safe which is a definite plus. The only downside to this product is that due to the thick plastic walls and rubber lid the ice cream won't get as hard as you would like like you would if you bought ice cream from the supermarket. If you like softer ice cream, this container is for you. Even if you use a Cuisinart 1.5 Q ice cream maker, not all of your groceries will fit in this container, so snack on that extra before you pop the rest

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Minor issues

Amazing Food Containers Containers

As we have a dairy allergy at home we tend to make our own ice cream. I ordered these containers after the store bought storage containers that said they were freezer safe. There's nothing worse than making peanut butter chocolate ice cream and when you go to get it you'll find it burnt in the freezer. I was expecting cheap, flimsy plastic containers, but instead I found sturdy containers with solid walls and a great silicone lid. We have used them once with great results and will continue toโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Hard to say

Fixes two ice cream storage issues cuisinart

I use them to store the ice cream I make in the Cuisenart ice cream maker. My maker fills up about 1 3/4 of these every time I make ice cream. Ice in them hardens, but doesn't get too hard. It actually hardens to the perfect consistency you can scoop out with a spoon, but it's harder than soft serve. Other containers I've used, plastic food containers with lids and jars, had two problems. The ice was too hard and very difficult to remove. The ice forms ice crystals at the top. • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • The list will be long.

What cool ice cream containers!

Today I received a set of ice cream containers. I wasn't expecting the quality, construction and thoughtful design of these ice buckets. The mugs are very heavy and will last a lifetime. FDA-approved silicone, BPA-free, lids are a work of art. The tops or lids are not flimsy like many things seem to be today. These bins and lids keep freezer smells at bay, and if you simply cover the ice in the bins with plastic wrap, you'll be glad ice crystals don't form on your ice. Great price, workmanship,
