It's not 3 feet long

It's 2 inches short by 3 feet. I needed those 2 inches to get to the mounting holes in my rack so I had to return this. The manufacturer's drawings show it's not 3ft, but I bought it based on an Amazon listing that said it was 3ft. Other than that, it seemed well made once I got it out of the box. I gave it 3 stars because it would work well if I had keyhole mounting points in the rack. I deducted 2 stars because of an error in the description.
