I love the coat! It's comfy and soft. I highly recommend it! Order larger than usual though and pay for expedited shipping. The inly thing I'd change is the arm length. It's a little short but I do have long arms. When I contacted them in regards to the item they were very nice, kind and considerate. I wear this jacket everywhere, and people have started to recognize me for this jacket. It is so warm and cozy; the fur is really soft--not at all itchy like some faux furs are. It has a draw string through the waist that you can tie in the back to accentuate your waist; I never tie mine because I like the baggy look of the jacket, and the string is not at all noticeable. Very cheap coat - runs very small in arms and bust and short sleeve length. Basically, a cute but disposible coat. One dry clean looks like a dish rag. This coat is NOT warm, very thin with Santa costume fur. Looked so cute I couldn't resist but you always get what you pay for.

Luckily I ordered a larger size because this runs small, so buy a couple sizes up, but it's beautiful and very warm. I live in Florida and needed a jacket for Ohio winter visit, it snows the second day and this kept me nice and warm.

I love this coat! The pockets are amazing and it's nice and soft. Works well in cold temperatures but doesn't stand up to strong wind very well. The zipper is kind of hard to zip sometimes with all of the material around it. I think this is possibly the warmest coat I've ever had and I love it. I wish the hood had strings though, sometimes it doesn't want to stay on and the zipper could go up a few more inches for more neck protection but I love this coat.

I didn't even get the tags off this coat yet when i tried it on and zipped it up BOTH seams in BOTH arms split wide open. There was a missing snap on the hood. Its a thin coat. The inside is not lined with fur. It just has fur along the zipper to look like its completely lined with fur. It runs small. I even ordered up a size according to the manufacturers measurements and it was still really small. I returned it right away. Cheap and not worth the money at all and i buy EVERYTHING on Revain…

Very nice coat and is "cute". Not warm enough for really cold weather. I will keep this. It is a little small so can't wear a lot of clothing under it. But am going to look into a real winter coat!

Arms are too short - I ordered a large based on reviews but the arms are way too short - more like a petite fit - and I am avg 5'4" 130#

Bought this because I knew it would be big, was perfect for the winter when I was pregnant. Huge pockets, which was nice to not have to carry a big purse. Very warm and comfy.
