I wish it was a little more floppy. It's a bit stiff, but I like it. I don't recommend using the buttons though. I bought one and the button tore off day 1. But the sellers are great. Replaced it with ease and I haven't had an issue with the new one. I've had it for about a year now.

It was a pretty nice experience for my 1st time didn't understand why items are coming separately but my daughter explain to me that that's how it works there all not at the same place so that's cool

Love the looks of this Boonie hat. And it's comfortable as well. Not as wide a brim as some floppy sun-preventing hats I've had in the past. But enough to satisfy my purpose.

When you are used to wearing a ball cap it takes some getting use to this type of head cover but it fit well and is great shade for my neck, ears, and face. The quality seems good enough. I've already worn it doing some heavy yard work and no complaints.

I bought this for vacation and didn't notice the mesh strip around the top of the hat. The hat fits very well, it was comfortable and stayed on well in the wind, but even with sunscreen, sunlight made it through that mesh and left a strip of sunburn on my forehead. I think if I continue to wear it while doing, say, yard work, it will do fine. However, wear it while reclining and relaxing in any way, and get prepared for burning.

When the hat arrived, I was a little taken aback by its color. I had ordered "tan" but this thing was nearly white. It made me think of the big floppy sun hats really old ladies wear while. I don't know, gardening or something. So I dyed it brown. Now I think it's totally awesome and just today received two compliments on it.

Wide brim, soft fabric, looks good, affordable. The fit seems a little small but I've got a big head and am hoping it will stretch out over time. I don't think it is water proof but that is easily fixed with a can of waterproofing spray. I needed one to keep the sun off while fly fishing all day so I'm glad I got it.

our son hated hates until we gave him this hat now he wears it when he is going to be in the sun because of melanoma skin cancer he has to keep the sun away from his skin as much as possible.Great gift for someone with skin problems.
