I have quite wide and short feet, most shoes don't fit me, but I ordered normal size 4 and they fit perfectly. Just as a note, the size chart works :)

I wear women's size 12, mostly I have huge feet. I bought these for my daughter who wears a child size 2 but normally takes ballerinas a size up so we ordered 3. These shoes are HUGE, the pics are on my foot (women's 12), they fit me great in width and about an inch more...and they will slide right down on me. I'm very disappointed that I didn't realize they are returnable but not free and also disappointed that they appear to be of great quality.
