Missing Parts - Great Idea, poor quality control

We did not get all the parts. We don’t have all the brown feet parts. Good idea but poor quality control. Looking at the reviews, it appears we aren’t the only one with missing parts.

Had two right legs for the back of the red dinosaur, when contacted, they sent a new red dinosaur!

They sent two right legs for the back of the red dinosaur. The product is nice, my Grandson loved it, but it was frustrating to put together a dinosaur with a leg backwards. They sent a new red dinosaur when they were made aware of the problem, which is why I changed the review from one to five stars.

Missing parts for my opinion

Great toy all except for one of the dinosaurs didn't have all the parts. The feet had 3 of the same parts so couldn't put the feet on.

  • Movable joints: Dinosaur's hand and foot joints can move. Kids can make dinosaurs pose differently, simulate dinosaur movements, enrich their imagination, experience the Jurassic World and learn different skills in the future.

  • The toy may not promote active play or physical movement

Love this! for my opinion

My grandson loves these! They are so perfect for him at 3 years old. He will spend hours taking apart and putting together! Highly recommend this for any dinosaur lover!

Unhappy with Quality Control

This product I gave to my grandson for his birthday and I love the idea , however, we received one of the dinosaurs with the same leg for both sides. The dinosaur was unable to be assembled leaving my grandson upset. Will not purchase from this company again.

Great gift on my review.

Received this as a gift. My son love putting it together with me and it helped him learn how to use a screwdriver. Thanks for attention.

Parts missing for my opinion

Can’t understand why they haven’t fixed the issue with sending the wrong leg for one of the dinosaurs. It’s been going on forever. The rivets were not easy to screw the screws in. Grandson loved them after they were put together. I was hoping he’d have fun putting them together and taking them apart

Missing Parts for my opinion

The toy came with part of the head missing for the Velociraptor and a leg missing on the Triceratops. Is there any way to get the missing parts?
