Description of ๐Ÿ‘ถ Stephan Baby Christening Bonnet: White Keepsake Cutwork Handkerchief with Straight Hem

Sweet and sentimental Stephan Baby handkerchief christening bonnet. Beautiful straight hemmed bonnet features intricate cutwork embroidery, a cutwork cross and satin ribbon embellishments. Gift boxed bonnet includes a poem card explaining the tradition; simply snip a few threads and the bonnet becomes a handkerchief to be carried by the bride on her wedding day. Keepsake bonnet is 60% linen and 40% cotton; machine wash warm; tumble dry low or air dry; do not bleach. Since 1987, Stephan Baby has been creating unique and heartwarming gifts for little ones.

No gift box. There is no poem.

I bought it as a gift and thought it would be good. But without a gift box or a poem, this isn't the best gift. I chose this one because it claimed to have both and it had a picture to "prove" it.

The product should be more expensive for what you get!

This is a beautiful and well made item. It was beautiful with my grandson. He is three months old and the band at the back of his head allowed him to wear it on his head. I got a lot of compliments on this one!

Great keepsake for a child

I've been giving this keepsake hat away since I bought one for my son in 1972. It was worn by his fiancee and daughter, who both wore it. and their fathers at their wedding Every time I give one as a gift everyone loves it and wants to know where to buy it. Before this hat, I went to a shop that sells Bibles, rosaries, etc., which was near my previous house. Now that I found them online I will always have them here.

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
