Disappointing Cluster Speedometer for Cars

When I tried this product, the speedometer was not working properly and had a very dim lighting. Despite being advertised as compatible for a wide range of car models, it didn't seem to fit well with mine.

Pros
  • None that I observed.
Cons
  • Faulty product, lackluster performance.

It didn't fit my 2005 Chrysler 300C

Don't let the 9mm protrusion fool you. Case stem is approx. 12 mm shorter. If you buy one you will have to disassemble it, remove the insides and reuse the needle body and shaft. It works, but it's not ideal.

Pros
  • Electrical
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Will not fit without modification

Parts had to be disassembled and replaced to work in the 05 Dodge Magnum. They are too short for the needle to sit on. So I took both apart and swapped the shaft and front cover. Found out accidentally that the magnet in the motor was peeling and that's wrong with the factory

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Many parts
