King Size Lancaster Stone Cottage Cotton Sateen Comforter Set Review

Love love love this blanket! I was looking for a lightweight royal comforter and this fit the bill perfectly. It drapes beautifully over our double bed and is light enough for the two of us. I recently gave it a wash as it is too big to fit in our washer/dryer and am hoping for a positive result. I have attached an image for reference. Ignore the Cocker Spaniel - it's almost impossible to photograph our bed without the dog in it 😉

Extra large blanket I need for a thick mattress. The colors of violet, grey, beige and soft turquoise are muted and the paisley pattern gives it a slightly formal look. The back is a striped beige pattern that's also on the back of the pillowcases, so I put it about ⅓ of the way up to show both patterns. I added European charcoal pads and cushions (also from Revain) and I really like the look. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend if you want your bed to look more formal.

I liked the pattern in the picture but it's even nicer in person. The quality is amazing, the pads have a hidden zipper on the back of the pad so inserting the pads is very easy. The blanket is fluffy, luxurious and huge! I don't like tucking sheets and blankets up the side of the bed, but with this comforter I don't have to because it hangs down far enough to cover it. In terms of size, it's like buying a king size comforter for a queen size bed. I couldn't be happier with this product!

I've never loved a duvet so much! We have a king size bed and I love how big this duvet is covering all sides perfectly. That's the ideal weight for an air-conditioned home in hot Arizona. I was expecting a different texture as it was described as satin, it's a very smooth even surface that doesn't look like satin at all but I like it even better. My husband and I love this blanket. It's smooth, lightweight, the print hides dog hair and unrolls easily. It's a bit warm in the 90 degree heat, but it's one of our favorite purchases and I highly recommend it. In addition, the pillowcases have a hidden zipper along the edge to keep the look clean. Can't speak to the bed skirt as we don't use it, but I like this comforter better than the $300-450 comforters from the mall. (Some were scratchy, but this one wasn't.) Can't tell how it washes yet,

I bought this product for $60 it was used like new it doesn't appear to be used someone just returned it for some reason. I think the reason was that he had an odor. It really smelled like a factory/nursing home (no offense!). Overall I got a good deal for the price/product. FYI: it's huge! So you will most likely have to take it to the laundry for washing and drying. I spent 8.50 for a large washing machine and 1.25 for a dryer. Only 25 minutes to wash and 25 minutes to dry (less than an hour…
