We've had these for exactly a week and the velcro has already come out! This has NEVER happened with any of the Nike toddler shoes we've bought before. I expected more for the price. Aside from the Velcro, the shoes feel well made. I will not be returning it as we don't have a pair of shoes for the baby yet.

These smooth running shoes give your little one more flexibility to crawl or learn to stand and move while holding on to furniture/walls etc. I appreciate the wide design hole and fully flexible tongue that helps to insert the child's foot into the shoe without much effort. The Velcro fasteners are also well placed to keep the shoes securely on the child's foot.

Shoes fit as expected, son loves the soft movement. The tongue is an entirely separate piece of fabric that attaches with just a few stitches - it doesn't look solid at all. The closure is two strips of velcro, but the velcro is very weak and so tiny! The bottom one doesn't even close. The top one is a strong sneeze that can break free at any moment. They're cute, but I wish they were more like the last few step rituals we've had.
