We bought this for my daughter who wore it as part of Kylo Ren's modified Halloween costume. She is 3.5 years old, quite tall and slim for her age. It fit her in length but was too big in the waist which I expected. There's nothing a pair of safety pins can't fix. The material is thick enough to remain opaque when you put it on and feels soft and comfortable. I would recommend.
