We bought this for my daughter who wore it as part of a modified Kylo Ren costume for Halloween. She is 3.5 years old, quite tall and slim for her age. It fit her in length but was too big in the waist which I expected. Nothing a few safety pins can't fix. The material is thick enough to remain opaque when stretched, soft and comfortable to the touch. I would recommend.

So the tutu is excellent quality but I had to return it because the belt wasn't strong enough to hold the pants under the weight of the attached tutu. It would be better if there was some kind of elastic in the waist. My daughter just turned 3, just over 3ft tall and weighs about 40lbs, ordered a 5T. Might get smaller with 4T. Pants fall off when she runs. Although the length was ok.

Bought these for my daughter's Halloween costume. She normally wears 5T but I scaled them down because I read reviews that they fall a bit due to the weight of the backpack. I got the 4T and it was still a bit big. The weight of the tutu is definitely an issue as my daughter was constantly pulling her pants up all night. packing weight. If you are looking for this look, I suggest just getting leggings and a tutu that is unattached.
