🔧 Subaru OEM 86615AA060 Washer Tank Cap, 1-Pack Review

Not really for 2015 Crosstrek XV. The scheme is reversed. but it fit and worked but wasn't original to this car originally and didn't look like the last part we had but you can see in the pictures I got it working.

perfect fit. Almost identical to OEM parts. It's the little yellow cap on the washer fluid reservoir in the engine compartment. It has a small cord that I attached to the hose with a zip tie so I wouldn't lose the cap when I took it off.

I haven't researched enough and while it fits in my 2009 Subaru Impreza tank, it won't connect to the washer fluid dipstick. The 2009 Subaru version has a handle under the center of the cap that connects the dipstick so it doesn't fall into the tank and can be removed for checking.

Easy 2 minute install and new cap fixes 2 things: 1. The attachment strap works and now there is no chance of losing the cap.2 . The new cap is very flexible and makes a good seal on the windshield washer reservoir neck (the old cap has become hard and inflexible due to age and no longer closes well. With the old cap when you filled the reservoir more than 70%). Liquid splashed and leaked from the lid. Very happy with my purchase.
