In general, the massager lived up to expectations. Very heavy unit. Less than a month later the item broke. I tried to contact the seller last week with no response so here is my review. I would NOT BUY this item again.

This product has really helped my neck and back and I appreciated the massages from it. Unfortunately, it stopped working just a few days after 5 weeks of use. I am trying to contact the seller but so far without success.

I bought this for my mom because she works so hard and loves it. She said she felt so good that she fell asleep. There's a bit of a learning curve as it's a bit difficult to get stuck and find the right spot, but it's worth it. A word of warning, my sister's shoulders are quite bony and she said she was in pain. So if you have bony shoulders it might be worth looking elsewhere.
