Ideal For Creating Raised Embroidery Designs

Ideal for creating embossed machine embroidery designs. The needle of the machine easily pierces the plump foam and gently releases. The design stays elevated as the product stays in place wash after wash.

Pros
  • Or Drape Of The Fabric; Soft and flexible knit mesh
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Count the embroidery foam elsewhere first.

So I was thrilled with the results of this foam but after some research I found the same 3D PUFF EMBROIDERY (NOT handmade foam) at a much lower price at Colman and Company. $2.75 for a 12" x 18" sheet at C&C compared to $5.39 for the same sheet (I did the math). Luckily I only bought two packs and won't be buying these again as I don't like paying for the Salka name.

Pros
  • Sensitive skin from scratchy bites; As a stabilizer it is
Cons
  • only available in black

Works great, few colors.

I'm on several Facebook group pages where everyone saves Monograms Target straw bags and dollar straw hats. I tried a craft foam straw hat and was concerned that continued use of this product in my car might crumble, so I bought one to use as intended. It separates nicely from the monogram, even small gaps. It was recommended to use a 3D font or apply this foam after you sew the seams of the underlay. My software can't just skip the bottom stitches or make it easy for me to quit,

Pros
  • Permanent thermal cover Stitch stabilizer protects
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.
